European Commission To Prolong Steel Import Surveillance System

According to European Commission, they will extend the steel import surveillance system until the end of 2012 which includes some certain steel products such as stainless steel flats and large-sized weld pipes.

Advanced statistical information is critical for our industry permitting rapid analysis of increasingly volatile steel import trends.” said Gordon Moffat, Director General of Eurofer.
