The Government Banned a Rent, Leasing or Concession of Titanium of Ukraine Co.

The government of Ukraine act No.211 dated March 1, 2010 bans a rent, leasing or concession of any assets of Titanium of Ukraine Co. The act is published on the official website of Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament of Ukraine).

The government also included the company into the list of the companies which are not recommended for privatization.

The state-owned holding company “Titanium of Ukraine Co.” was created by the government in February 2009 and unites companies of titanium industry of Ukraine.
